This policy explains how Timothy Bolton (timothybolton.com) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and tags), and — most importantly — how you stay in control. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice (for example, the rosie_consent cookie and your theme setting). These can't be switched off.
Privacy-conscious product analytics (PostHog) so we can understand which pages are useful. Off until you consent.
Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising. These are the only cookies involving third-party advertising networks, and they never load until you consent.
Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default — nothing in those categories loads until you choose in our cookie banner. You can accept all or reject all non-essential cookies; rejecting is as easy as accepting.
You can change or withdraw your choice anytime using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer, which reopens the cookie manager.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and enable Global Privacy Control in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
